2. Services and eligibility

Technology and advisory services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement, which governs scope, deliverables, intellectual property and liability. Investment management activities are carried out only in accordance with the applicable fund structure, mandate and regulatory approvals, and are available only to eligible persons in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be offered. It is your responsibility to observe the restrictions that apply to you.

3. No warranty

Content is provided “as is”. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that information is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it without notice. Capability descriptions, illustrative figures and case material are exactly that, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output, including output that appears plausible but is wrong. We do not represent that any AI system is free of error, and any system we deliver is governed by the acceptance criteria, limitations and human review arrangements recorded in the relevant engagement agreement.

5. Investment risk

Investment involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise. The use of technology or artificial intelligence in an investment process does not reduce or eliminate investment risk and does not guarantee any outcome.

6. Intellectual property

All trade marks, logos, text, imagery and code on this site are owned by LTL AI or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTL AI excludes liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
